    8. Do you offer ad hoc services?
    Yes, we do! Our ad hoc services are available at £30 per hour, perfect for one-off projects or occasional tasks.

    9. How do I pay for your services?
    We accept payments via bank transfer or card payment. For our Power Hour, VIP Half-Day, and VIP Day packages, payment is required upon booking to secure your session. Retainer clients receive an invoice at the start of each month, while ad hoc services are billed upon completion.

    Simply contact us to discuss your needs! We’ll set up a consultation to understand your business and recommend the best package for you. Once agreed, we’ll send over a contract, and you’ll be ready to go.

    11. How do we communicate and collaborate?
    We primarily communicate via email, but we’re also happy to arrange Zoom or phone calls as needed. We use tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, and project management software to collaborate efficiently.

    12. What happens if I don’t use all my hours in the Taskmaster Retainer Package?
    Unused hours do not roll over to the next month, as we allocate time in advance to ensure availability. If you need more flexibility, consider one of our service-based packages instead.

    13. Do you work with international clients?
    Yes! While we’re based in the UK, we work with clients worldwide. Time zone differences are no issue—we’ll coordinate accordingly.

    Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the task and current workload. As a general guide:

    • Standard admin tasks: 24-48 hours

    • Data analysis & reporting: 3-5 working days

    • Website maintenance & updates: 2-4 working days

    • Canva designs & presentations: 3-7 working days

    For urgent requests, please let us know in advance. Priority service may be available at an additional cost.

    15. What is your cancellation policy?

    • Monthly Retainers: A 30-day notice is required for cancellations. No refunds are issued for unused hours.

    • Service-Based Packages (Power Hour, VIP Half-Day, VIP Day): Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled. No refunds are available once booked.

    • Ad Hoc Tasks: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

    • Custom Packages: Cancellation terms will be outlined in your custom agreement, based on the scope of work. Please contact us to discuss changes.
